The solutions tab provides the information regarding the available knowledge base in the system, the following page is displayed once you open the solutions tab: -
Once you click on the main heading as shown below: -
The list of articles available in that topic is displayed in a listing format as shown below: -
When you click on one of the articles available on the listing page, the following detailed view page opens which has a detailed description about that topic, you can even print the information available there using the Print option available on that page.
